Q: How long will it take to get my order? 

A: Because my art is printed to order just for you, production usually takes 2-4 business days, followed by standard shipping.

Most domestic orders arrive within 5-10 business days from purchase.

Q: Can i track my package? 

A: Yes! As soon as your order ships, you will receive a email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Because the products are made to order all sales are final and cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

A: I offer a 30-day guarantee for any damaged, broken, or misprinted items!

If your order arrives defective, please email brushandlenz@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damage. I will speak directly with the printer and get back to you with their response.

Q: Can i change or cancel my order? 

A: To get your items to you as fast as possible, our system sends orders to our printing partner almost instantly.

Please email immediately if you notice a mistake in your address or order details.

While i will do my best to catch it, unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has entered production.
